Donate

We rely on your generosity to support up to 900 children. Whether it is a one-off donation or regular giving every penny makes an incredible difference.

For example :

£10 will provide nourishing meals for a month,

£15 will buy a menstrual cup providing menstrual care and dignity for a girl for ten years,

£45 will pay for one place on a 6 month vocational training programme,

£80 will feed an orphan for a year,

£350 will fund three urinals for the boys,

£450 will improve the cooking facilities, converting the cookers to bio-gas,

£1,000 will help us install a solar shower for the older girls.

Give a Legacy

Making a gift to ACEF in your will, or naming ACEF as a beneficiary in your Life Assurance policy, can make a huge impact to our small charity. Plus when used as part of your legacy planning it can also reduce your exposure to inheritence tax. Did you know that all charity gifts are 100% tax-free and if you make a gift of 10% of your estate your inheritence tax rate can be lowered? It is important to take good finacial advice when making a will but please think of us and how you can help generations of children to thrive.

Fundraise

From samosa sales to sponsored events our supporters continue to find creative ways to fundraise. If you’d like to do something to raise money, or awareness, please get in touch as we may be able to support your efforts. We can provide photographs, leaflets or one of our volunteers could attend to do a talk on the day. We are especially seeking individuals willing to raise funds for us by participating in sponsored events. Whether you are running, swimming, climbing or riding, and are considering which charity to support, please remember us. We would love to support you to make your fundraising idea a great success.

Join in

Every year, supporters from across the country take part in sponsored events such as our Dine for Dignity, Peaks against Poverty, Walk off Christmas or Charity Cycle Ride. These events raise vital funds for food and basic supplies for Brainhouse Academy.

There are two events for your diary in 2026.

On 16 May, we will host a delightful afternoon tea at Henwood House in Solihull. All are welcome or contact us if you would like to host a table.

On 26 June come for evening fun at the Bollywood Ball at Waverley School in Birmingham. We would love for you to join us.

Visit our Facebook events page to find out more.
