Akamba Children's Education Fund (ACEF) is advancing the education and health of the 900 plus vulnerable children that attend the Brainhouse Academy situated in Mathare North, Kenya Akamba Children's Education Fund (ACEF) is looking at innovative ways to raise funds for Brainhouse Academy. ACEF - Akamba Children’s Education Fund was setup to help the Brainhouse Academy. Brainhouse Academy receives no Government funding or development support. Brainhouse Academy is a school crammed from wall to wall and floor to ceiling with 900 plus kids who have a passion for life and learning.

In 2011 Rustie Lee became a Patron of ACEF. Rustie is well known for her huge smile and joyful personality. As a Caribbean chef and TV personality Rustie has great presence with people, many contacts and is able to make the donation buckets rattle!!   Come along to one of our fundraising activities and you may well get an opportunity to spot her cheery face.
